We are the third generation of a livestock family, founded in 1950 by Pablo García Molina.

Our company is located in La Mueda setting in Santa Cruz de la Zarza, Toledo. A natural spot of pasture and crops which provide unrivalled characteristics in our sheep. Our cheeses and creams are prepared handmade with milk from our own livestock, created by more than 600 milk-producer sheep with a cared diet and guaranteed sanitary control.

We elaborate our cheeses and creams with raw milk and pasteurized milk alternated directly from our own livestock without any kind of additives.

La Mueda Cheese is a pure handmade production with a superior quality based on persistence and dedication that shows as result, cheeses and creams capable of satisfying the most exquisite palates.
